🗺 Suburb Heat View — see which suburbs have the most DA activity this week. Great for spotting areas before your competitors do.
🏗 Developer Leaderboard — who's submitting the most DAs? These are your best prospecting targets. Track them over time.
🔍 Trade Filters — you've already got your trade set, but you can layer on project type, estimated value, and stage (new build vs. reno). Takes 30 seconds and completely changes your feed.
📩 Weekly Report Email — you'll get this every Monday. The subject line tells you how many new DAs are in your area. Treat it like your lead sheet for the week.
One use case: an interior designer on the Sunshine Coast used the suburb heat view to identify that Buderim had 3x more new builds this month than Noosa. She pivoted her outreach — and landed two new clients from it.
